A: Yes! Everything we offer can be custom made or personalized! If you have a specific color pallet you’d like used or a special message, just let us know. We can also take a provided image and laser engrave it to your specifications.
Q: Do you offer custom and personalized items?
A: Some items will ship the same day. Personalized pieces may take 1-3 days. Please see individual listings for more information or contact us.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We take great pride in our items and want to ensure each customer is satisfied. Most products have a 7-day window to report any discrepancies or concerns with an order. If we can’t make it right, we will issue a refund.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
A: Yes! If you have an image you’d like for us to create wood art out of, just email it to us. We can laser wood burn just about anything! If you don’t have an image but want something specific, such as a certain animal, flower, landscape, etc., just let us know! Our artist loves to create custom masterpieces using your ideas!
